Services of our campsite in Meschers-sur-Gironde
The 3 star campsite Les Chênes Verts offers a wide range of useful and practical services to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
The campsite has a selective sorting area, a water saving system, automatic lighting regulated by a timer, natural parking areas, mostly unpaved paths to facilitate the absorption of rainwater. Weeding is done manually, the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides is forbidden in order to preserve the local fauna and flora and to avoid disturbing our small pets, which are allowed on a leash.
Opening hours of the reception
Our reception service welcomes you every day from :
- High season: from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 19:00
- Low season: from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 17:30
Our reception staff will be happy to welcome and inform you.
Sanitary area
Near your accommodation, you will find sanitary facilities open day and night. The sanitary facilities are equipped with hot showers, with access to baby showers and a private one for people with reduced mobility.
Our snack bar is open every lunchtime and evening in season.
On the menu you will find, mussels and French fries, giant paella, salads and desserts of all kinds for the greediest… Something to please both young and old!
You will find everything you need to spend an unforgettable meal at the snack bar of the campsite Les Chênes Verts.
We also offer free collective barbecues next to the toilets.
For safety reasons, charcoal barbecues are not allowed, but you can use electric barbecues on your site.
Within your campsite you will find various services and activities
- Laundry with washing machine (4,50 €), dryer (1,50 € per 20 min), ironing board and iron loan
- Rental of bedding kit (1 fitted sheet + 1 flat sheet + 1 pillowcase + 1 pillow) : 10,00 €.
- Wifi performance on the whole campsite : 5,00 € the day / 10,00 € the week
- A swimming pool
- A children’s playground with slides and swings
- Five-a-side court, tennis court, petanque court for older children
- A common room

Near the campsite
Ideally located, our campground is close to a giant retailer, but also to several local grocery stores.
Less than 5 minutes away from the campground, you can take the whole family to the “Family Fun Park” complex for a great night out.
Our reception service will inform you about the sites to discover and the events not to be missed in our region. You will find a wide range of cultural and sporting activities. Don’t hesitate to ask them what you want, they will be happy to help you!
